Dr. Boris Defourny joined the ISE department in Summer 2013, to take part in Lehigh University's research cluster on smart grids. His research interests are in stochastic models, methods and algorithms that can support the modernization of the electrical grid at the operational level, in the valuation of interconnected assets in stochastic dynamical environments, and in the valuation of information for risk-averse decision makers.
